Md. Razu Howlader Palash was born in 31st
August, 1986 at Banaripara, Barishal of a reputed family. He obtained LL.B.
(Hons) and LL.M. degrees from Department of Law, University of Dhaka. He is
former Research Intern of the South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human
Rights Studies (SAILS) and lecturer of Department of Law, State University of
Bangladesh. Md. Razu Howlader Palash is currently practicing as an Advocate in
the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is the founder and head of chambers of Black & White Law House. His areas
of expertise include Writ Matters, Civil and Criminal Matters, Corporate
Litigation and Documentation, Banking Matter, Admiralty Matters, Company
Matters, VAT, Tax and Custom Matters, Administrative Matters, Arbitration
Matters. He is an Independent Director of Alhaj Textile Mills Limited and Ring
Shine Textiles Mills Ltd.
He has been selected as "Top 10 Most Promising Corporate Legal Consultants in Bangladesh - 2024" by #AsiaBusinessOutlook.
His articles and features on different contemporary legal issues are regularly published in different national and international newspapers, journals etc. He has edited and authored a number of books, journals and Law Issues.
